Light Core
Swam with Micah and Evan today. It was nice to have some company. After about 2 weeks of only hitting 18 - 20's on my 25s I finally hit a 16. It was really encouraging and helped me keep my focus. Hopefully I can start hitting 15's and 16's consistently in a few weeks so I can start adding longer intervals. But things are starting to take form.
My legs are still tired from all the riding I did on the trainer this weekend (3 hrs 2 min). I have 2 exams this week so I may be a good idea to take a few days off.
A little shin pain going on too - surgery can't come soon enough.
