I'm so used to getting several hours a day of exercise I couldn't resist the urge to do a double today. It worked out fine, I still felt like I had plenty of energy at the end of the day.

It was nice to get back in the pool. All the time on the bike left my arms feeling fresh and I enjoyed moving to longer intervals. I noticed I kept about the same pace though I doubled my distance in my main set. Before I was hitting 25's in the 18's and now I'm hitting 50's in the 38's. Looking to keep stepping up the workouts in these last 6 weeks.
