Saturday - 03/11/06 - Spring Break Day 2

5 min morning run

Brick:
Ride - 29.5 miles, 1 hr 50 min, avg 16 mph
Run - 15 min

Strength and Core

The rest of the team showed up today, great to have so many athletes around. There is nothing to do all day but train, eat and hang out. I took full advantage of that and did a brick, strength, core and about an hour of stretching.

I ran on the Appalachian trail which is just outside our cabins. This place is amazing.
