500 yrd Time Trial - 8:11
I seeded myself at 9 min for the EarlyBird Triathlon and at the time I though that might be generous. I was really happy that I was able to hit the time a I did with very little in the way of hard workouts. I think in the next 6 weeks I can get that time a lot lower.
Sometime in the last 2 days I also went back and looked at my old swim workouts and realized that I am swimming just as fast as I was in the fall. Somehow I had convinced myself that I was swimming much faster then.
Really looking forward to hitting some bigger workouts now.
