Flet pretty strong on the tempo today. I got a little lost on the woods and some of the trails I picked were a little too tangled to run full tilt on. But on the raod sections and straight sections I felt like I had some good pickup.
I think I'll try the prarie trails next week. A bit more of a warm up but better running. I should be able to handle an hour of running by then.
