Today was my best indoor swim workout to date. I don't think I've broken 2k yrds since I was a freshman doing the tri team workouts. I dropped my 50's from on the 90 sec to on the 60 sec and still held the pace like I wanted to last week.
I really owe it all to Kelley. She worked out with me for the first time in a long time and really pushed me.
I'm still trying to get over my over timid training from when I was injury prone. But if feels great when I push myself hard.
