I got a good stretch in after last night's run and again today before my swim. Felt really good in the water. Had a fast set. I think the longer sets are really helping me out. I'm hopefully going to be in really good all around shape by spring break and break should put me in good cycling specific shape. My dream goal right now is to be able to finish in the B's crit for our home race. But we'll see.

All my parts came but my cassette came in the wrong gearing - a 12/27 instead of an 11/23. What the hell! Damn it - I guess I'll just by another one...
