Good workout today. At first I was upset because I didn't hit any 16's but then I realized that a few weeks ago I was hitting 19-20's and now I'm hitting 17-18's. To drop 2 seconds like that over the course of a few weeks on such a short interval is a good improvement. I'm looking to break out in the next few weeks.
My yardage is also starting to pick up and the quality is improving too. As I get in better shape my drill and warmups are turning into continuous swims as opposed to when I was just starting out and stopping every few lengths .
