1 hr on the trainer
Riding an hour is starting to feel easy, that's good, exactly what I want with about a week to go before spring break. Over break I'm going to step up my riding and running but first I need to be comfortable at the level I'm at and I'm doing just that.
Next week I'm going to throw in a 500 yrd swim TT because I won't have pool access at home. I'm also going to start adding a weekly tempo ride next week.
About 7 weeks to go. Things are starting to shape up.
