Went for a nice easy ride with Casey, Dallas, Amelia and another guy whose name I forgot. It was real nice to have company. I forgot how easy riding is compared to riding the trainer. It's funny how some people like to workout around other people because it pushes them but I like to workout with other people because they hold me back to a reasonable level.
It felt great to be riding outside again thought I think I'm going to drop a lot of money on some warmer riding gear. I haven't been that numb in a while.
