I inched my total yardage up this week. For the first time I felt really relaxed on my warmup, easy breathing, smooth strokes. My 50m times dropped again which is great and I can feel my awareness of my stroke increasing. My chinups and pullup were also way easier I felt like I could have done more. Which really is how you want to feel this early in the season - strong and fresh. No pain on the run - great day.
