With the weekend's race behind me it's time to get back into training. I pushed my ride up to 2 hours and I feel pretty comfortable with that length. I just spun out for the first 45 min but still ended up at my usual turnaround for 90 min on old Sauk. Also, I rode up Garfoot on the way home and it was *so* much easier than I remembered and nothing compared to North Carolina. Great day out. I just crawled on my run to play it safe and no pain.
