This week on paper wasn't as bad as I thought it would be purely in terms of volume but school is messing with my schedule. I feel like my workouts are a lot more erratic and rushed. I didn't stretch for more than 5 min once this week and I didn't do any core or strength!
Summer is making this a more balancing act than I thought. I starting to wane in the one area I thought I was the strongest in - my motivation.
