30 min run
I was on the phone with a friend of mine I haven't talk to in a while last night so I didn't get to bed until later than I had planned and ended up sleeping in so I ran at night again.
I felt like I had pushed it a little bit last night and tried to slow down a little bit tonight. As it turned out I went even further. My run felt great. I feel so strong, I feel like I'm floating over that ground.
I know I'm not going to bust out with huge PR's but I'm definitely on the right track to improving if I can keep this up.
