Swam across lake Wingra and back. I was suprised to find that I could still swim it in about the same time as when I was in what I considered better triathlon shape (though this was only a few weeks ago).
Found my bodyglide so I could use my wetsuit.
Swimming is great cross training but I feel like I need to find a new lake or someone to swim with because Wingra is getting pretty boring.
It's interesting that swimming/biking is now just cross training and not the focus of my training.
