1 hr 45 min run around lake Menona
Did the LMR run this morning with Kelli Hayes. It's about a 12-13 mile run so we were going about 8:10 to 8:40 pace. Pretty pedestrian pace for me but this was my first long run in nearly 2 years so it was nice to keep myself in check. It went by pretty quickly, nice scenery.
The end result was what I wanted. I wasn't sore but I felt like I was tired, as if I had been walking around all day.
After my shower and recovery drink (2 glasses of ovultine - you'll never be sore) I feel asleep for 3 hours then woke up and ate some more.
