Monday - URS training, no run
Tuesday - URS training, no run
Wednesday - URS training, no run
Thursday - stretch, 30 min run, 8Xstrides
Friday - 20 min run (Manona Bay)
Training and all the reading that went with it really wiped me and I couldn't work up the energy for late night runs. It sucks but running is kinda falling out of priority in my life.
We'll see what happens with school...
