Slow run with teamates in Ironman Wiscosin . They were pretty awesome to watch. I'm really proud of my teamates. About 20 of them do it every year, mostly 1st timers and in the 4 years I've been here they've all finished! We've even sent 3 people to the Ironman world championships. Amazing...

Amazing workout. Ran faster then last time with half the rest. My legs were never tired, when I was done I felt like I could do a few more. I think I've did a really good job of holding back and focusing on the basics this summer. I defiantely stepping up my game.
Mentally I worked on imagining myself in difficult race situations and remaining calm and focusing on holding my pace.
Kelly did a great job pacing me through my 800's. It's great to have company in my workouts again.
