I worked a lot on some homework and on this webpage while I was laying in bed. I'm remebering how to write in HTML and it's a lot of fun.
I should be back on the bike and in the pool in a week which is a pretty quick recovery time but I'm still antsy to get some workouts in. A little bit of time off will leave you fresh but too much will leave you weak, so I'm hoping I come up on the right side of that line.
