I'm really happy about that I got a double in today. So much for easing back into this. This morning I intended to just "spin out" and stretch my legs and I ended up going faster than I did a few days ago! I used to be able to do about 30 miles in 90 minutes but I'm building back up.
It's wonderful to have spring weather again.
