Did a little speed in the pool today, felt ok. The first time is always a little rough. I really struggled on my strength but I got thought it. Only ran about a half mile today but that's ok. I really should call my physical therapist and start working with her again. Even though I am cleared to run under my own supervision this is a good opportunity to work on my form from the ground up.
