I hit two great workouts today. This morning I (somewhat by accident) did 6 min “fast but not hard”. This is the first time I really felt I could do that this season. My aerobic capacity is really picking up and my legs feel great.
This afternoon I hit my fastest 50 set ever. Starting to gather some confidence…
