Swim: 110 min (~4,000m)
Bike: 520 min (140 miles)
Run: 66 min (~7 miles)

Total: 696 min (11 hrs 36 min)

Stretch: 90 min
Pullups: 10
Chinups: 10
Pushups: 20
Diamond Pushups: 10
Core: X4

Got plenty of hours this week but I fell off a little in my stretching - not a good combination. Next week I'll be home in chicago so it'll be hard to keep this level of training up in the middle of the city.
