Today was my hardest workout of the summer.
It shouldn't have been but I miscalculated how easy yesterday was and wasn't 100% fresh today. I need to keep my easy days easy so I can really crank it when it counts.
I stepped up my w/u and c/d to 20 min from 15. My muscles were just tired on the tempo and I was dragging. I wasn't sure if I should have just given up in favor of some quality work later in the week but I decided to finish it off anyway.
Still learning.
